My employer said they had asked me to fill out paperwork, and the only thing they had was something out dated, and not populated in the manner it was supposed to have been. They failed to verify my identity, until i asked them if they wanted to see my id, and after doing so, they still failed to have me fill out the appropriate forms.
First time at this bank and branch, needed to make a deposit for a client, and I was impressed how clean the place was, and how professional and fast the employee who helped me with the transaction was

Poor customer service skills. The staff needs to be better trained when communicating with a new potential client. They have lost my business for sure.
First Republic, and this branch in particular, has always offered me excellent and attentive service. Cannot be happier with this bank. Its customer service is excellent.
