This is an incredible branch of a great bank, with competent and knowledgeable employees, excellent customer service, and unparalleled warmth. I never thought I would describe personal or consumer banking this way.
I wanted to open a new account, the worker opened the door and said they didn’t have service to open account. He didn’t want to open an account for me because I carry a shopping cart or for something else? You disappointed the customer, is that your job? You should leave the bank and go home! You are not worth of salary the bank pay to you. The other branch do open the new account for the customer.
