I have been a customer of First Republic Bank for about 7 years now, and even though I've moved out of the New York area I decided to stick with them because I've been so impressed by their customer service. They have always gone above and beyond to communicate with me and help me when I needed it. I appreciate that I can take money out from an ATM without fees (especially when overseas) and deposit checks electronically. Their app and website are user-friendly.
