Horrible experience. I call first republic to open a business account. They inform me that I will get a call from someone at the local branch. But no one does. So I go there in person. The person helping me (1) does not know what paperwork is required to open an account. (2) what type of things I should consider (3) worst of all pulls the information of someone else's company and is using that to fill my form. Great bank - helpful staff and convenient location!
At first it was a problem to cash a check using a government issued tribal id card,Paul called around and verified they can accept a tribal id like all the other banks accept,then called around to find the funds,the only thing with this Bank is you haft to call ahead to cash a xheck,I find that very strange being a bank then they haft to call around to find the cash.
