I’ve had nothing but issues with this bank. The staff is consistently rude, and their online account updates are always delayed by days. I never had problems with mobile deposits until recently, but now even that has become a hassle. They denied my spouse from being added to my account without a valid reason and turned us down for a loan—even though we met all the requirements.
