Brian, with First-Rate Movers, was my first point of contact. He responded promptly and courteously.The team delivering my mattress, Dae and Mike, called me and texted me regarding their ETA. They arrived on time (in an impressive delivery truck!) and worked efficiently, setting up my mattress and removing the plastic covering within 15 minutes. They were courteous and very pleasant.
The movers George,Andre & Shawn were on time.They introduced themselves to me . They were very accommodating and polite.
Cam, Sean and Keith moved our furniture quickly and carefully. They disassembled and reassembled 2 beds, 2 dressers with mirrors, a sectional sofa and a dining room table. Very careful with all of our goods. Andrea in the office checked with us several times to setup move and on move day to make sure all going well. Highly recommend First Rate Movers!
