I bought a pair top-down-bottom-up shades from them about 6-8 months ago off Amazon. It was an easy process and they came pretty quickly. They look really nice, however one of them hangs crooked! So I reached out to support, and they were extremely friendly and made it really easy to return/replace them. So, I re-upped when I wanted to get skylight shades for my 3 upstairs windows. We ordered a blind with the wrong amount of privacy. What we ordered by mistake just didn't do the job. I called about their replacement policy and was sent several samples that matched what I was looking for. After calling them back, I'm going to receive a replacement blind for the low cost of $28. No hassles, no arguments.
