Pretty nice for an SRO
The staff here are are courteous and remain professional 100% of the time, they're attentive and when there not too busy they usually lend a hand and an ear, First Place is an interesting place to spend an afternoon if you have time.There is an eclectic variety of people to meet with and have a down to earth conversation.
I was living in very poor SRO and then I finally got myself into this building. It's amazing. My own bathroom, kitchen area, spacious (was in a small room SRO) and is a place I can truly make home. The staff are exceptional and there's a real sense of community within the building. I've had no bug or rodent issues.
