I was continuously sending packages. I even included the TV at one time a radio all kinds of stuff I was corresponding with staff with a family member and all of a sudden no more communication no more follow ups they do not know what happened to the TV. They do not what happened know what happened to anything. Richard was unprofessional and condescending very rude. He works at the Tamura House. I was living in very poor SRO and then I finally got myself into this building. It's amazing. My own bathroom, kitchen area, spacious (was in a small room SRO) and is a place I can truly make home. The staff are exceptional and there's a real sense of community within the building. I've had no bug or rodent issues. As for those who look down on this building because of drug use and the people the place attracts here's some facts: drug users are everywhere within the city and there's quite a gang of homeless in the false Cree... read more
