1st. Place is in dire need of cleanliness and repairs, especially filthy walls needing paint. Excessive amounts of homeless and drug addicts enter thr building deficating and urinating in the stair wells also often leaving drug pipes and stinch odors behind. This building is in the drug infestation area of Hamilton.

UPDATE: Security is tight for a reason. Hope Hamilton Police place a squad here permanently to keep out the local drug addicts.

Downstairs security is a nightmare. My disabled father had to come talk to the guard to even let me in. Always smells like a giant cigarette near the elevators. The one star is for the nice and helpful people on 2C. They can only do so much with no resources

I’ll admit I am definitely biased because I work here and I can’t necessarily talk about whether the units are clean, modern or even if the units are considered liveable. However what I can say is one of the main reasons why I stayed employed here so long is the amazing garden patio located on 3C. I won’t lie. It is so tranquil there, It may be one of my favourite places in Hamilton. That being said enjoy the picture of the previous mentioned 3C patio
