Everyone that works at this location is always so polite and helpful. Each time I go it’s always the same —— Everyone always has a smile and such a welcoming attitude.

Poor customer service. I submitted an application for auto refinancing and never got answers. I would call the bank but failed to move forward with my application and wouldn’t be notified why I was not able to move on if I provided all of the information needed. I ended up refinancing quickly and efficiently at a different bank without a problem.
