I have been trying to resolve issues with my debit card being unable to use at any establishments. The card works on online orders and ATM only. The card shows disabled when trying to make a purchase. It is over a month and a half not being able to make a purchase on stores. Everything at this bank is unnecessarily difficult. The fraud prevention measures on the credit card mean that you have to run every transaction twice because the first one automatically fails and you have to call the 800 number so they can allow it to go through. I’m an adult and I feel like I’m asking my parents for permission to spend my money. Also, now the 800 number is not 24/7 so your denied purchase will have to be made the next day when you can speak to a person in south or Central America. You have to let the bank ... read more
