Horrible customer service... happened many times. Time to leave a negative review. Go to the one on Main St instead
Friendly staff, quick service.
Check your receipts after making a payment!! I trusted the drive thru bank teller Kristin to apply my full payment and was horrified to see i had been shorted $50 later that night when my husband checked the receipt. I thought it was an honest mistake and came to the bank the next day to fix the situation but there was nothing they could do. So I guess I learned a $50 lesson not to trust this branches bank tellers. I'll be going inside from now on.
