I have a truck payment and credit card with them. Oakland branch specifically can't get it right. I only use the card for bills. I went to deposit cash to the card for the bills and now Aaron's is calling me because the money isn't there. It was applied to my monthly card payment. The funny part is I really didn't have that $140 to just decide Ican pay extra on my credit card out of the blue. No one has extra spending money. That's the point of the credit card. So thanks Frist peoples!
Some of the kindest Staff anywhere
Got a loan paid one payment, paid it off as soon as we receive title. Had 5 dollars left in checking and they emptied the account saying statement fees. Only received 1 statement and it was telling me that they emptied my account. Never sent coupons when loan was issued. Said I had to pay for them GO TO WEPCO FEDERAL CREDIT UNION THEY DON'T CHARGE STATEMENT FEES NOR DO THEY CHARGE FOR YOUR COUPONS TO PAY ON LOANS. NICER MANAGEMENT TOO.
Update I spoke to another person through an office in Cumberland that was very nice and helped to solve the problem. First People's Bank is the most awful bank I have ever been through and they steal your money. Highly DO NOT RECCOMEND them! They make you pay for any papers or book that you would know when to pay your loan, they do not even send one or ask if you would like one. They do not let you know when your first payment is due so they already make you late a month or 2. And then they take the whole first payment in in... read more
