I had a catastrophic month with a few deaths, and a job loss. I missed a single payment, but it was my fault because I didnt call in. They charged me a late fee (which is the same as their skip payment feature) and hit my credit with a report. I tried to get it cleared, but it was completely futile and careless. I will be closing that account and I highly recommend going elsewhere.
The staff in there are knowledgeable and it was super easy to cash a check. I always look forward to going to them for my banking needs.
Not worth your time we open a checking account with them. They said they did VA loans in-house and take care of their veterans with banking with them. Obviously, that was a lie. All they want is money and they will try to drain you dry when you have a bank account with them. And good luck trying to talk to the same person regarding your account because you’ll talk to a different people cause they can’t keep employees.
This is a great place to bank! I've always been treated respectfully and professionally. 100% recommended!!
If I could give negative reviews, I would. This bank is atrocious.. but the Somerset branch absolutely takes the cake. The staff is completely rude every single time I have to go there. They give me a hard time about anything and everything. I've never had issues trying to deposit money/checks at any other location. I've had nothing but issues since I opened accounts here. As soon as possible, I will be closing all accounts and refinancing loans elsewhere.
