Jessica was super helpful and sweet on the phone, hands down my best experience on the phone with FP FCU
Called and upped my spending limit to 3k because I was going to make a purchase. Told me it was gonna be 20 minutes. Waited 2 hours and when I went to make the purchase, it said declined. Can’t call back since they have no after hours number. Left stranded. Highly upset. Expected more. No wonder people use bigger banks.
