Absolutely horrid service, no one knows how to help you transfer money or check anything in the acct. Huge over draft fees, takes days and days to transfer money and you get hacked constantly. Employee told me they're broke so they can't transfer money around the way a normal bank would. None of the businesses in the area use First Peoples. That should tell you something.
absolutely horrible bank. they closed my card without informing me and with no reason what so ever. leaving me with no money left in my account and no access to it. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. horrible people, and horrible service
Bank closes at noon on Wednesday's while all the other banks stay open. What a joke it's unprofessional and extremely inconvenient!
