So I called about CD interest rate ( was going to dep 20-30k 3-9 mos) The lady that answered told me they don't give out rates but wanted me to bring in a rate from another bank and would match at manager's discretion. wrong answer for me. So then went to that bank later in week around 4:00. Came in to open a checking acct. Was told that I would have to come back because the person(s) that could help had all went home earlier.
