WARNING !!! Be careful I went in there to open a checking account. I just moved here from New Jersey I was putting in my equity money in there they offered me a regular ATM card but told me if I wanted the Visa card they would run a soft credit check on me and me and my wife asked a couple different times is definitely a soft inquiry. the lady said yes !!!! They allowed a random woman to drug my father, walk him into the bank, and then put her on his bank account. Now that he has passed away, they allowed this random woman to steal $30,700.00 and close his account. Not only was all of his hard earned money stolen from him, I was forced to cremate my father when his last wishes were burial. Everyone at this bank should all feel ashamed of themselves.
I love banking at First Palmetto Bank. I like being able to come in and they already know exactly who I am. Excellent service wouldn't want my business account anywhere else.
First Palmetto offers a blend of professional financial services with a community spirit that is hard to find these days. Their small but mighty team of Sarah and Monica (with Sandra stepping in for backup at times when she is there in order to do new accounts and other odds and ends) make the place run like a well-oiled machine, even though they are absolutely understaffed.
