I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by First Palmetto Bank, particularly the Little River branch. The employees at this location have been consistently rude and unhelpful. My mother, who has dementia, is under my care, and I hold a power of attorney (POA) for her. Despite sending the POA to the corporate office for review, they have refused to place it on file. The bank's insistence that my mother must come in person to meet with someone, despite her condition and fear of going into places, is both unreaso... read more
Stay away from this bank. There bank fees are over the top and just looking to take your money. The bigger banks are much more efficient and are willing to work with you to resolve your problems. They also have some policies that are not consistent with everything we all our facing in today’s world. Big wast of time, and will always bank with the bigger banks from now on.
