Great bank with truly personal service. I definitely prefer banking here over the big banks, the staff at First Option Bank in Louisburg are friendly, helpful, and make you feel valued every time you walk in. Highly recommend.
I was a customer for over 20 years. Had to go out of state for work for a couple months and one of my accounts had an automatic withdrawal; over-drafting me by $23. When I got back, I had a letter in the mail informing that they had closed my account and turned me over to collections for $23 plus an overdraft fee they had tacked on. No phone call.
