I've been dealing with First Option Bank for a few years now in the capacity of my mums power of attorney. They're level of service, understanding and empathy has been second to none. It doesn't matter who answers the phone, they know who I am & who my mum is. It's a personal level that is unheard of these days. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do. You guys are super legends!
We have used First Option Bank for all our banking, both savings and our home loan, for many years and have always found the staff, especially Louisa, very helpful and friendly whenever we have called with any problems or queries.
We have been banking with First Option for many years and this is our only bank we deal with for our banking (savings and home loan). They have been excellent to deal with. If we have any enquires we mostly speak to Louisa, she is so patient, she knows everything about the banking account products. In my opinion she is Excellent
In outback Queensland, forgot my pin. Called up, immediately spoke to a human being ( no 30minute wait listening to crap music ) who very clearly stepped me through the process to remedy my problem and withdraw much needed cash. Never thought I would say this about a bank, but I love First Option Bank!
