I wanted to personally thank Longe Shungu for his outstanding customer service throughout the years. He has helped me with auto and personal loans, and has been extremely thorough and providing me sound advice, and providing me with all angles to consider in my financial needs. He is a valued member of FNCU.
I have been a customer of First Northern Credit for a little over 4 years now. It began with a refinancing of my car as First Northern Union presented the best/lowest interest rates. I have since taken advantage of other financial services offered. In those instances, I have worked with Longe Shungu, Senior Financial Service Advisor. Longu is a good listener, and has always been responsive in providing options to fit my financial needs. To date, I am very satified with the service relationship!
We recently relocated to Chicago and five stars seems insufficient to describe Longe Shungu and the entire Streeterville branch staff. From our very first visit, they have been helpful, friendly, and professional. Moving can be very stressful, but Longe helped alleviate some of that stress by treating us as if we were lifelong members rather than newbies. Longe Shungu shepherded me through the entire process of acquiring a car loan, and negotiation. Advice included FNCU suggesting that warrantee insurance through the dealership is not necessary.
