I got a car load here, only person I ever worked with was Amy Harris, she was 5 stars - always helpful.
I wanted to personally thank Longe Shungu for his outstanding customer service throughout the years. He has helped me with auto and personal loans, and has been extremely thorough and providing me sound advice, and providing me with all angles to consider in my financial needs. He is a valued member of FNCU.
I have been a customer of First Northern Credit for a little over 4 years now. It began with a refinancing of my car as First Northern Union presented the best/lowest interest rates. I have since taken advantage of other financial services offered. In those instances, I have worked with Longe Shungu, Senior Financial Service Advisor. Longu is a good listener, and has always been responsive in providing options to fit my financial needs. To date, I am very satified with the service relationship!
