First Northern Credit Union is like a small town bank where they know your name but you get the benefits of any of the major financial agencies.
This institution is warm and friendly every single time I go in to do business. I love good customer service and they really know how to get the job done. Jessica Riley is outstanding at what she does and we appreciate her very much. More recently Jonathon Lewis did a fantastic job at getting me a new automobile, thank you First Northern.
About the rudest most inept greeting to a partner credit union member I’ve ever received. Hope you can find more amicable tellers to represent you. I will never set foot at your Evanston location again. Good luck with that. 👎
My experience with FNCU has been great...not one complaint. I just wish I had reached out to Scott Wolf for more financial advice sooner, as he has been super helpful with helping me make the most of my limited resources. He's so good, I forget he's not my personal friend.
First northern is just like your money hungry banks out there. Shouldn't be allowed the distinction of a Credit Union.
