When you call them, you talk to a representative rather listening to a recording. Their mobile app is good too, as it allows for deposits. My only criticism is that they are not compatible with Google Pay. They are compatible with PayPal though.

RecommendedI have suggested before and will do it again. The mortgage Dept should permit borrowers to pay their mortgage in two equal monthly payments. A 30 yr. loan would be paid in full in approx. 27 yrs. Most banks permit this.
