Working with a local bank makes all the difference. The team is accommodating and really help lessen the red tape of banking. They know you on a first name basis and it's such a human experience.
Today the teller was rude and aggresive with me when I asked for 15 counter checks and when I complained to customer service the representative (she) ignored my complaint and told me I would have to pay $2.50 for five counter checks. Watch out for the teller on the end she gets upset.
Every time I go into First Northern in Davis, (virtually every day for business) it's almost like a contest between the tellers to see who can ignore me the longest. Then someone finally has to break down and take my deposits and it seems like it hurts. Pitty.
First Northern Bank has a 4.1 star rating with 19 reviews.
First Northern Bank is closed now. It will open at 9:00 a.m.
