Being new to the area, we have had to handle bank issues from across the country. Both times we have come to First New York Federal Credit Union, they have gone above and beyond to help us. We are now making them our primary credit union.
The team here has been so helpful as we navigate moving from another state and buying a home. They were so kind and helpful that we decided to open an account with them (previously with one of their sister banks) and make this our primary.
