If zero stars were an option that's what I would give them. Made an on time credit card payment and received a late notice several days later. Called up on the phone and thought I had it straightened out. Two weeks later I got another late notice in the mail. Now I have to go there in person. Completely incompetent on their part.
My credit card had been compromised and within minutes of sitting down with Lahna, she was able to assist me in getting a new card. She answered all my questions professionally and efficiently.

Over the years, I found First New York FCU services to be very prompt and hassle-free. I used their services for an auto loan and checking account. They offered the best auto loan rate at the time and were very prompt to give me the check for my car. I forgot to ask for lien release certificate when the loan was paid off. I even closed my accounts b/c I was not really using them.
