This might be the worst “bank” I’ve ever worked with. It’s like they’re still in test mode and haven’t figured their stuff out yet even though they’ve been around forever. They have all procedures, fees, and issues that large corporate banks have without any of the staff, support, or resources. Literally useless on all fronts. You have to jump through hoops for everything with them. They change the order of transactions in your account and randomly deny things that went through 7+ days ago so they can charge you an overdraft... read more
