Great customer service, actually had a couple good laughs at the teller
As the sellers in a recent home transaction, we are extremely frustrated with the handling of the buyer’s financing by this lender (Rosa Perez in particular). Our closing was originally scheduled for two days ago, and despite all parties being prepared to close, the lender failed to get the wire transfer sent in time. This has now delayed closing multiple days and created unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and disruption for everyone involved.
