Bailey is an excellent customer service specialist. She remembers my name, knows just what I need and is quick to provide the service I require at an exceptional level. I have had the opportunity to work with her both at the Bedford branch as well as the 48th Street branch. I'm always glad when I walk in and see her standing there with a smile on her face, ready to greet me by name.
