I am closing my account with this bank because every thing is a headache and struggle with them. It took over a month for me receive my debit card in the mail. Then not even two months later they randomly put a hold on my debit card. There were no suspicious transactions at all. All my transactions before that were consistently the same. I called the fraud department on a Saturday and verified my transactions, they said they lifted the hold and I could use my card right away. Not true.
