Nicole and her team are excellent and super helpful and personable. I've been having some issues as a trustee for my father but her and the team have been super supportive during the whole process and with helping me attempt to get my fathers finances back in order. I do wish they were open saturdays for even a half day! Otherwise a very nice looking bank and the staff are just wonderful.
My wife, daughter and I have been to the bank on three different occasions. The staff is unorganized, rude and ineffectual. No one in the local First Nation even works there. Kind of tells you something. We wanted to invest money there but the way we were treated we just went elsewhere. My wife and daughter are from the local first nation and can't believe how they are treated on their own first nation by this business. Poorly run. Avoid. Guy that worked there was a real uppity, prig.
Bad ethics with dealing with customers. Poor communication when it comes to the customers account. Treat existing clients poorly.
