My wife, daughter and I have been to the bank on three different occasions. The staff is unorganized, rude and ineffectual. No one in the local First Nation even works there. Kind of tells you something. We wanted to invest money there but the way we were treated we just went elsewhere. My wife and daughter are from the local first nation and can't believe how they are treated on their own first nation by this business. Poorly run. Avoid. Guy that worked there was a real uppity, prig.
Bad ethics with dealing with customers. Poor communication when it comes to the customers account. Treat existing clients poorly.
Amazing Bank, quick to respond, Accepted me with no credit and made a great connection with Nicole Yellowbird. she is such a sweet lady and always on the ball! would recommend to anyone i know!!!!
Excellent service. Good people working in the bank. Assist me until I am done with opening the accounts . Good response on my questions . Highly recomended. 5 star to Danille.
