Maybe start by being professional and not take sides. Listen to both parties. Accusing someone of anything based on another persons word ( a crazy, physco person) isn't professional. Yelling at someone over the phone and not letting them speak is not professional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
Horrible. My husband brought in his bear rug and when he went back to pick it up, they informed him that they had given his rug to ANOTHER CUTOMER!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?! And to make it better, they had no current contact information for this customer! No apologies. No compensation. Nothing. I'll never go back. And I will spread the word that they do not know how to run a business with customers in mind. Horrible. Just horrible. And we still do not have our $2,500 bear rug. they lie, sell defective items and will not stand behind 30 day guarantee clearly printed on there own receipt. dispute filed with credit card company. Will not ever shop at a First National Pawn again.
All of the staff here are so helpful and kind! Had a great experience here today!
