What has to the privacy act. It’s clear this bank doesn’t respect it. . My husband who is not linked to a few of my accounts was given a print out of all of my banking information and his no is not linked to the accounts. After speaking with management their only option is to send the employee for more training which he should had had from the start. Very unprofessional bank! I recently received a snarky letter from this bank regarding taxes on a property which had a former loan that had been paid off for almost 6 months. When I called to try and clarify the situation I was astounded at how rude the loan manager treated me after informing her that the loan had been paid for months she said disregard it and hung up. In my opinion there are plenty other banks to do business with, you might even get treated with some decency elsewhere.
