Ben a customer for almost 20 years, numerous history and yet I find myself being treated like an imbecile. Can’t even believe how many times I try to cash checks and the front desk clerks give me attitude and act like it won’t clear. Not to mention the ATM is always down for maintenance and the app is always glitching or down for maintenance as well, Had enough going to switch banks.
