After meeting with several banks we took out our builder's loan at FNB on Main Street BA. We were (and still are) happy with all aspects of it thus far. They took time a nd explained everything to us as many times as necessary. They also called us and followed up. Treated us average people with kindness and respect from the first meeting. We probably met at least half of the outstanding staff during this process. This bank has poor customer service. I have never had to wait over a week for a deposit. Also, they were very impatient and rude when I needed help with my online account. They also put in random transactions that the customer doesn't need to see.
Nice people, very little complications with accounts, convenient Broken Arrow locations
