Very unprofessional in all departments I went there feeling like they were treating me A certain way because I didn't want to deposit all my money into their account. It's almost like a high school click who doesn't like to have new people join their group. Super high interest rates , hidden charges another such foolery that should not take place in a federally insured institution.
They are always friendly and helpful. Recently, when my account was hacked and I didn't know what to do, they walked me through the steps to restore my account and report the problem. I've been with this bank for 20 years and highly recommend them!
