If you call this bank they screen phone calls they don’t want help customers they tell you they put you on Brief hold then when you call back you hear them in background but no one talking in the phone I advise you if you can not reach a trusted bank no one needs do business with them at all

I have had a terrible experience, this is not the first time.
Better customer service for the customer not you. I need your help on a deposit hold and your customer service made it impossible to expedite.
