Everything I go they have something more important than the costumer ! The own manager decides to help someone else when he is all ready helping a costumer !!! Having the other one waiting!!! Then they said the costumer have an attitude when they totally missed it up.
Let’s just say after a very stressful day of going back and forth between the bank and my insurance because my insurance wasn’t listening correctly, Dianne got me all fixed up so that I won’t have to worry about a stressful situation like this again (hopefully). Thank you Dianne (my middle name is Dianne so I thought that was neat as well)
