I’ve been banking with this bank for years, and the one time I want to dispute an unauthorized transaction they denied my claim. Even though they said 10 days after my dispute case started they would give me a $60 credit, well when I call 12 days after they tell me I have to wait 4 more days even though in the email it said 10 days so they can “investigate more”. I feel the family vibe everytime I come in do my RC, or passing by to the ATM, they always greet me. 🤙
A couple years visiting here and I can sum it up like so: A simple deposit/withdrawal takes 15-30 minutes, without a line, with fully functioning machines, and 3-4 bankers available, but only 1 desk open. They've opened an hour late before--one man arrived right at opening time, as I did, I decided to shop for supplies instead of standing there waiting for nothing, and 30 minutes later it's still closed, so he left.
