I did not understand something today and was asking this lady zianea and she got very rude and ignorant and processed to scream and treat me like garbage so I hung up I will be taking my business elsewhere cause that's not very professional whatsoever but I will say this every single Teller I felt with has been fantastic to me n very sweet n helpful in every way possible
I called and left a voice message regarding a matured cd. No call was returned. We have banked at fnb for 20 years. At the bank a teller refused to transfer our matured cd funds into our checking account without the original 5 year-old document. We did provide the last and current contract modification. She made numerous innacurate statements which we politely corrected. She left us numerous times seeking information from other staff. Numerous past renewals did not require the original document.
