I am here to write a nice review about one of the employees at the Waller location. When I walked in, I was on the verge of having a meltdown (good ole’ Southern hiss fit.) I had went in to the branch in search of one of my old First National Bank Tellers, whom know me and I’m comfortable with. Apparently after the two acquisitions they’ve moved on. This is the worst bank I've dealt with in the 60 years I've had accounts. Pathetic app.
Since the switch to Huntington I'm constantly getting double charged from multiple services. They tell me its the merchant but after speaking to the merchant its not them it's your bank and its ridiculous. I never had this problem with FNB or Cadence so we will be closing our accounts and going to the credit union. Furthermore I will be spreading the word to all business owners and farmers in this town to switch as well since apparently Huntington can't do their job
