Lacks customer service skills
The best financial institution I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Construction loan, airplane loan, banking services, great online service. The staff is fantastic. I highly recommend FNBTB. Go meet them, and discuss in person your lending needs.
I've had rather frustrating experiences with their employees, and their app really needs work.
This bank lacks customer service and blatant knowledge of good banking. Miscalculation of my loan and the “assistant” wasn’t willing (or knowledgeable enough) to correct her error. President isn’t much better as he promised to look into a matter, and never followed up. Upon moving my business elsewhere, I was then sent my paid promissory note which then had to be taken to the city for filing along with a fee requiring cash, or an additional processing fee.
