...One of the worst experiences in my life, with a very rude and crude, terribly non-professional, incompetent & uncouth Ms. Kacee Odom, do not do business whatsoever at this bank, ever, or at any of the branches of this bank thereof.... & like so many people nowadays, they must get these certain kinds of mirrors that convince themselves that they are good looking or something, and Kacee is no exception to this...
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband and I have been with this bank for almost 3 years. I’ve been charged twice on 2 separate occasions for the same charge by mistake which was wasn’t the banks fault but when the mistake was corrected by the other party the bank refused to put the money back in my account. Great customer service, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. i deal with them twice a week for work and it’s ALWAYS a pleasant experience.
This bank is awesome. We chose it because they didn't require masks at the height of covid but we stayed for their quality of service. Ladies we love you!!!
