I was not treated very well at this bank in fact, I have closed this account here and move to another bank that treats me much better. What else can I say. This bank is not a good bank.
I have had poor customer service at this bank. I had trouble getting the correct order of checks. I had them tell me that they were not allowed to edit internet banking transactions yet they can and they did it to me and then said they did not. The loan officer I worked with promised to call on many different occasions yet the only call I got from him was to cancel the closing we had scheduled. I have been a customer of this bank for 7 years and I plan to move my accounts to another bank.
