Horrible drive thru service rude and snotty
The lady boss is the RUDEST person to her employees ever. Some of the employees are rude to others as well. This bank does not have very good service at all.
Worst bank ever when they were bought out by Firstar. Delayed payroll checks etc. My wife and I are moving all of our banking elsewhere. The people that work there are good though. It’s just the system they use. Its trash.
I waited 30 minutes on my debit card to be issued this normally takes a max of 5 min. Instead people are laughing in the background, I'm self employed have appointments to make, that I can NOT be late for. I came in @ 9am and specially reminded her, I had be out of the bank by 930. Meanwhile they are to busy making casserole for lunch. They had No one in the bank but me and 1 other person. Changing to a different bankbank,
