Jessica, you hung up on me five times before i called a sixth time to have you actually even hear a word I had to say. Imagine someone not even letting you say two words before they hang up on you, FIVE times. I hope your days are short lived here, because you are terrible at performing such a basic task, such as answering the phone! Unbelievable and awful service. - a pissed off customer

My experience is a screenshot I left on their business page but they removed it. I’m trying to lookout for others so it doesn’t happen to them and hold them accountable. This bank should honestly shut down and learn how to do their jobs. The manager at the Sparta banking center is honestly trash and her heart needs blessed because you do NOT accuse someone of hacking their own account!! If you have an account there, change banks to keep your funds secure
