They were missing over 60 days of checks out of our businesss account after switching to a new system apparently. So guess who had to call all their different contractors, all material companies and audit all accounts to identify MANY different checks totaling over 60k for our annual insurance audit and tax reporting? Pretty sure this is illegal and I will be reporting this bank. I gave them not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 plus weeks to provide the checks and all they did was nothing.
