Never bank at the company!!!!! Tell them I’m paying next Friday and they will call you everyday even though you have told 6 people in the same week when you are paying. I have to block their number just to work during the day because they will call me every 2 hours. It’s ridiculous I only have a loan here I would never put my money at this bank!!!

Hands down, the best customer service there is! They make you feel like you are banking with a personal accountant. I've been stuck overseas and in the middle of panic, the Goose Creek and Mt.Holly office had me back up and running quickly! Today, we received a call that the signature on a check someone was cashing had a signature that didn't quite look right, so they called to verify. We switched our business and personal accounts over after many, many years with another institution and we are happy we did.
