Very professional and friendly experience here every time.
Upon opening an account for my 99 yr old grandma, I gave the power of attorney to the lady, but she apparently didn't document it to the account. We got the account open but after evacuation grandma relocated and had all paperwork with her stuff. The lady who opened the account said they could not help me with her info because I wasn't holding POA. What if it got burned in the fire? That's why I gave her the document to scan. Incompetent practice
