Always helpful and very little waiting
I want to give more stars because the staff are great… but the app is terrible. When we first signed up it didn’t work. And once it finally did, it feels very old. I have no options to use Zelle with it or anything it just feels like an app from 10 years ago. Please work on having a better app! 😭
Repeated calls over weeks and after multiple promises of a call back, no response. Not recommended. Update for the bank manager: It was definitely your bank. The person I was working with is mentioned in another review below by full name. I'm reducing the rating for dishonesty.
Went to the rocky ford office to help finalize our closing documents for a mortgage refinance and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Sara was so helpful and made our experience very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!
