I’m surprised by the low reviews for this First National. Dawn the manger and Lisa have been kind, caring and helped me tremendously. They both deserve a 5 star.

I'm a disabled citizen. This company has treated me awful. As many of us have fallen behind by the outrageous inflation, I asked for a payment deferment on my auto loan on April 3rd. I have never missed a payment or been late. After weeks I get a call stating my request was denied due to a charge off. I have never had any dealings with first national bank until August 2022. Terrible service 2 days no manager will call me back. Deposited a $6000 check on the 4th . Had to sign a hold for 3 days. After the check cleared they still hold $475 until the 23rd. Main number says you need to fix it at the branch where I made the deposit. They won't respond. USLESS. I routinely run $6,000 to $7,000 a month thru the account. Very Disappointing
