I'm a disabled citizen. This company has treated me awful. As many of us have fallen behind by the outrageous inflation, I asked for a payment deferment on my auto loan on April 3rd. I have never missed a payment or been late. After weeks I get a call stating my request was denied due to a charge off. I have never had any dealings with first national bank until August 2022.
