I asked for Nicole Hyatt and Nicole Thomas at the bank 2 days ago at,the Girard branch and was told that they are not coming back the service was 45 minutes wait in line inside. What is going on with this bank??

Had to wait four days for a check to clear. Requested call back service at noon Friday and they just called me back, Monday at 10 am. I've had about 4 issues with this bank and I've had them maybe a few months? Do better!
